    • Civilized James.org is completely unofficial and a non-profit Czech fansite, made for fans from fan and for entertainment purpose only – to promote Mr. Marsters, his work and music and bring his fans together.
    • This site is not affiliated with James Marsters nor with his management (Himber Entertainment, Inc).
    • You won’t find (on this site ) any information’s from James’ private life unless he provides these information’s himself on his official sites or during public interviews (e.g. magazines, Q&A, …). You won’t also find photos from his private life here. I respect James’ privacy as should everyone else.

But all these things were carefully put together, edited, capped, clipped and basically I spent really a lot of my free time to create this site for your joy, much more of my own free time then you can realize. And all I’m asking is respect for my work, it’s very easy to took pics, videos, articles from this site and re-post them somewhere else. I don’t want my entire gallery be used on someone else gallery! Why should I continue working on this if someone else just take all I did and repost it elsewhere and get the credit.
    • Videos & captures were taken by me (Sky) from the TV and/or DVD’s. Scans were scanned by me from magazines, CD’s, DVD’s I’ve bought unless it’s stated otherwise.
    • This site is owned by Sky. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
    • Layout, graphics were made especially for Civilized James.org by Sky.
    • Sources, authors and translators are credited under each article or interview. Photos made by fans are also respectfully creditet to their owners.
    • Please Don’t use direct linking. Direct linking (also known as hotlinking) will crash this site.
